• Refresher courses

3. Registration and Accounts

• Hold a valid learner's permit or driver's license
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

4. Payments and Refunds

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers. Refunds are available according to our refund policy.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for lesson cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time for all lessons
• Behave respectfully towards instructors and staff
• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

To the maximum extent permitted by law, École de Conduite Educar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
